Wareham Rangers Junior Section and the Dorset FA require all children to be registered with a club to cover the insurance liability for the child and our club. Should injury occur during football sessions, contact numbers can be accessed and parents notified.

Below is a form, which all parents should fill out for each person that attends Wareham Rangers Youth Football Club and returned to your age group manager. All completed forms will be held securely and information contained in them will not be divulged to anyone outside the club without your prior consent.

The signing-on fee for each player will be £25.00 (subject to confirmation at AGM). Please make cheques payable to Wareham Rangers Youth F.C. Match fees for all age groups will be £2 per game, with the exception of the Under 7s age group, which will be £1 per game. Friendlies and training will also be £1 per session except where the Purbeck Sports Centre Astroturf is used for training.

Should this form and remittance not be handed to the manager by September 30th 2011, the player will not be eligible to play / train as part of any Wareham Rangers team. The signing-on fee is used to cover the cost of Public Liability and Accident insurance for all training sessions and DCFA league matches.
